How to get it all done?

Tammy and I have so much that we do during the week for our “normal” jobs as well as keeping Entwined Vines Jewelry moving and growing that we have been talking about a few ways to better use our time. The first change we made earlier this year was to take a sabbatical from Portland Saturday Market while helping get a new co-operative up and running so we could have our product on display in a live location 7 days a week for sales without having to be there all the time. One of the perks of being part of a co-operative is we all donate time in store while everyone has stuff there and available. So we work in store only 2 days a week currently and this is amazing for us. We have a little more time to devote to working the ins and outs of our social media and such to help our online sales. We still do all our own posts and they are all done live. We have talked about using a program like hootsuite but have not made that kind of a move as of yet. Have you used anything like that? What are your thoughts?
